This month of September’s BOKKSU has White Chocolate as a recurring flavor and is curated by Michelin Star Chef Sono of Kyo Ya restaurant in New York City. Chef Sono hails from Sapporo City in Hokkaido who discovered his love for gourmet food from there. He opened Kyo Ya in NYC which is highly praised for its usage of seasonal ingredients sourced directly from Japan.
